چکیده
Hydrangea ringspot virus (HdRSV) is a plant RNA virus, naturally infectingHydrangea macrophylla Here, we report the first genomic sequences of two HdRSV isolates from hydrangea plants in Japan. The overall nucleotide sequences of these Japanese isolates were 96.0 to 96.3% identical to those of known European isolates.

Whole-Genome Characterization of Prunus necrotic ringspot virus Infecting Sweet Cherry in China
Prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PNRSV) causes yield loss in most cultivated stone fruits, including sweet cherry. Using a small RNA deep-sequencing approach combined with end-genome sequence cloning, we identified the complete genomes of all three PNRSV strands from PNRSV-infected sweet cherry trees and compared them with those of two previously reported isolates.
متن کاملComplete Genome Sequence of a Papaya ringspot virus Isolate from South Korea That Infects Cucurbita pepo
The complete genome sequence of a Papaya ringspot virus (PRSV) isolate from South Korea (SK) infecting squash (Cucurbita pepo) was obtained using paired-end RNA sequencing. A BLASTn search of the PRSV SK isolate full-genome sequence showed nucleotide sequence identity ranging from 81% to 83% with previously reported PRSV isolates (GenBank accession numbers KX655874 and EF017707).
متن کاملComplete genome sequence of an isolate of papaya leaf distortion mosaic virus from commercialized PRSV-resistant transgenic papaya in China.
Papaya leaf distortion mosaic virus is highly destructive to commercial papaya production. Here, the complete genome sequence was determined for an isolate of papaya leaf distortion mosaic virus, designated PLDMV-DF, infecting the commercialized papaya ringspot virus (PRSV)-resistant transgenic papaya from China. Excluding the 3'-poly (A) tail, the sequence shares high sequence identity to seve...
متن کاملProfile of Eight Prophage Sequences Present in the Genomes of Different Acinetobacter baumannii Strains
ABSTRACT Background and Objective: Prophage sequences are major contributors to interstrain variations within the same bacterial species. Acinetobacter baumannii is a gram-negative bacterium that causes a wide range of nosocomial infections, especially in intensive care unit inpatients. Prophage sequences constitute a considerable proporti...
متن کاملTwo Complete Genome Sequences of Squash mosaic virus from 20-Year-Old Cucurbit Leaf Samples from Australia
We present the first complete Australian Squash mosaic virus (SqMV) genome sequences. We compared the 2 Australian genomes from 20-year-old cucurbit samples with 8 other SqMV genomes. The Australian genomes shared >99.0% nucleotide identities, and their RNA1 and RNA2 sequences most closely resembled isolates Y and Kimbe from Japan, respectively.
